Full View  (Larry Busacca/Getty Images) Maiden Voyage: Designer L’Wren Scott has cancelled her New York Fashion Week show in favor of Paris.  Her infamous presentations, staged on the final day of the week, provided editors with a sit-down lunch as her wares walked about the room.  Scott, who is the longtime girlfriend of Mick Jagger, is reportedly moving her show’s location to allow for more time to finish the collection -- similar to what Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen did for their Spring 2011 collection of The Row two years ago....
